We ship with DHL and usually charge €8.99 per order. To see the exact shipping costs for your order, you can estimate the shipping costs in the shopping basket. The final shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. The shipping costs for larger or heavier individual products are always €9.99.
And best of all: Shipping is free for orders over €1000!

You can also choose to collect your order directly from our hairdressing salon free of charge, in which case you will not incur any shipping costs. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Shipping time
Shipping usually takes 3 to 4 working days, for products that are customised for you, you must expect an additional delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks, as your order is made just for you.
Shipping conditions
(1) We are entitled to make partial deliveries insofar as this is reasonable for you.
(2) Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, subject to prior payment of the purchase price (except in the case of purchase on account). If no or no deviating delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, the delivery time is 3-4 days.
(3) If no copies of the product you have selected are available at the time of your order, we will inform you of this immediately in the order confirmation. If the product is permanently unavailable, we will refrain from issuing a declaration of acceptance. In this case, a contract will not be concluded.
(4) If the product specified by you in the order is only temporarily unavailable, we will also inform you of this immediately in the order confirmation.
(5) The following delivery restrictions apply: We only deliver to customers who have their habitual residence (billing address) in one of the following countries and can provide a delivery address in the same country: Germany, Netherlands, other EU countries.
